A major loyalty rewards contact centre with more than 1,000 agents that was operating as a transactional, redemption service found its mandate significantly expanded to include service and sales as a result of a significant corporate reorganization. TMG International Inc. was brought in to redefine this contact centre’s business model and supporting practices in order to drive an increased focus on customer experience, a renewed focus on efficiency, and a new focus on revenue generation.
