Challenge: Several clients in both the financial and health
care sectors had not clearly defined the value that their product/service was delivering
to their customers.
Approach: Analyzing the clients' customer data (transactional,
qualitative and quantitative), sales interactions with the customer, sales/service
behaviour and performance, we were able to create an understanding of the value
being delivered against the customer needs.
Results: The culmination of the work resulted in a clear
value proposition and the related proof points that enabled the organizations to
deliver a higher value of service to their customers. The proof points became the
core of the implementation plan that resulted in higher customer loyalty.
