Requirements:
- Over 8-10 years of combined Consulting and senior Corporate experience, specifically within the Marketing and Sales environment
- Experience in marketing, sales, general management and field operations in both consumer and business markets
- Experience in executive leadership roles, specifically at the VP level
- Ability to develop focused strategic marketing and sales plans, through collaborative efforts that are easy to understand and
execute, and which accelerate revenues and market share
- Proven success in defining processes that integrate with the overall strategic direction of the company
- Strong analytical background that enables you to quantify expectations and create sound business plans
- Strong sales background with extensive client list
- A history of providing detailed analyses to support sound decision making in a user-friendly manner
- Creative problem solving skills and solutions provider bringing a unique perspective to the business to accelerate results. This
is achieved through strong analytical and interpersonal skills, which help teams to identify issues and develop creative and innovative solutions.
- The ability to lead a team through change (coach, counsel, motivate and inform to maximize performance)

with hands-on coaching, training and skills development
