Barry Cowan is highly successful telecommunications veteran with over 30 years of industry experience having had very succesful engagements with Rogers Cable. Rogers Network Services, and Ontario Hydro as a consultant. His corporate work and consulting engagements have seen him excel at everything from process re-engineering, business transformation and strategy development, to operations management, project management and product development in a variety of telecom settings.
