With over 16 years of experience in organizational design and call centers', Cynthia has finally met her calling in consulting. She has been establishing and implementing organizational design along with multi-industry call centre assessments to create infrastructures that reflect and enable the strategies, goals, culture, and values of organizations. She works closely with clients to understand their organizational development issues which include, the organizational culture, team building, personality types and change management. With a focus on quality and performance improvement initiatives, Cynthia has worked with clients to improve customer access strategies and satisfaction through development of efficient call handling processes and implementation of quality and coaching programs. Cynthia applies a unique approach to the assessment, design, and implementation of the organizational redesign by going beyond the structure of the organization. Her hands-on experience with small, medium and large enterprises has equipped her with proven models of success for contact center workforce and campaign management, sales and service, monitoring, and coaching. Cynthia is a committed professional who brings high energy, focus and positive outcomes to all her clients. Her natural collaborative style coupled with outstanding communications skills allows for effortless skill transfer.
