Although a telecom veteran, Kim has consulted within all levels of government in addition to the energy, insurance, and retail industries. Kim specializes in helping organizations take their business plan from concept to reality, from strategy to execution and success. She has experience in designing and administering a variety of marketing and sales programs. Kim is recognized for her business acumen coupled with visionary thinking. She has the ability to instinctively identify synergies that nurture commercial business alliances within all facets of a business. She has proven business development success nationally and internationally. Kim assists companies in orchestrating change and action through leadership and the motivation of others. Kim’s business expertise crosses a vast range of business areas, including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Alliance Management, and Human Resource. Kim is an active community participant and recently served on the board of various charities. Kim has an MBA from Athabasca University, and attended the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Business Executive Program on Human Resource Professionals.
