Robert brings 15 years of experience in managing outsourced back office operations, including contact centres, as well as pension and benefits administration in a Human Resource outsourcing operation.

Robert has extensive experience managing 3rd party outsourced operations with staff complements from less than a dozen to several hundreds from multiple delivery locations. His strong Project Management and Account Start-Up skills have been successfully used to establish several new centres commencing with site location through site design, construction, infrastructure selection and installation. His experience at EDS, in managing in house 3rd party call centers has been invaluable to his clients in maintaining a high level of service.

Robert has an Honours B.Sc. from University of Toronto and is an active volunteer and participant in many community activities.
