Diane Kelk has worked as a public relations and marketing professional, for over 20 years with a diverse group of client companies. She offers each client a package of consulting services in the fields of communications, public relations, sales and strategic planning tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Diane has consulted on the launch of Citizens' Bank, Canada's first virtual "branchless" bank. Her involvement entailed the development of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy as well as an on-going tactical public relations campaign to educate consumers and build confidence in an "invisible" financial institution. Diane has also consulted with Equity Retirement Savings to build and launch loyalty programs in Canada and Australia and has worked with clients to develop strategic communications plans addressing pertinent "publics" prior to initial public offerings on the TSE and NASDAQ.
